Mindfulness in Schools Project (MiSP)
Dots (ages 3-6)
Dots is a professionally developed mindfulness curriculum designed to introduce children aged 3-6 to the foundational skills of social-emotional learning. Created by the Mindfulness in Schools Project (MiSP) in direct collaboration with experienced educators, this program is grounded in real-world classroom application and refined across diverse school settings.
The curriculum's robust framework is built upon three core, interlinking themes:
-
Awareness: Cultivating present-moment focus through sensory-based activities.
-
Connection: Fostering empathy and a sense of community with peers.
-
Emotion: Developing a healthy relationship with feelings through recognition and regulation.
Comprising 30 distinct sessions, Dots is engineered for flexibility and ease of integration. Each session is a complete, standalone learning experience, meticulously crafted to teach a specific mindfulness concept within a practical 10 to 20-minute timeframe. Educators are empowered to adapt the activities to their students' unique needs, facilitating a responsive and effective learning environment that builds resilience, concentration, and emotional intelligence.

Mindfulness in Schools Project (MiSP)
Paws b (ages 7-11)
Our curriculum brings the inner workings of the mind to life. Students don't just learn about mindfulness—they experience it. Through a series of imaginative and interactive lessons, they explore the science of neuroplasticity, discovering how their brains change with practice. They learn to navigate their inner world by recognizing their "thought trains" and "weather patterns" of emotion, building emotional resilience from the inside out.
The program's structure is built for flexibility to suit any school's timetable. The content can be delivered as:
-
Twelve standalone sessions (30-60 minutes each), perfect for a weekly focus.
-
Six more intensive sessions by pairing lessons, ideal for deeper, concentrated learning blocks.
This adaptable framework allows educators to cultivate a sustainable mindfulness practice for their students, empowering them with lifelong skills in focus, self-regulation, and well-being.
